And as alot of you know I went to Guatemala for a weekend vacation and to get back to my daughter's birth country, I love it there....Even now more than ever!

Madisyn is getting so fun, She is at the stage where you can bribe her to get her to do things. For instance Jed was outside making a fire and she wanted to go out, He told her she had to wait until he had it built so that he could keep an eye on her and he would be back in to get her.
Well she didn't like the fact that she had to wait, SO Mommy to the rescue...See we went and met a friend today who adopted a Brother/Sister sibling group from Vietnam, SO I had Madisyn all dressed cute for the First Impression thing you know, SO Mommy told her that if she left me get some GOOD pics then I would take her outside, She happily agreed. Now for the Cuteness....

Okay so we took Madisyn to the park the other day, It's a really nice park since the City redid the whole thing. IT has a section for kids 5-12 and a section for kids 2-5 which makes it nice because our little tots aren't getting ran over by BIG kids. She loved it of coarse and it was a fighting battle to get her to leave. Her daddy got alot of NO, I wanna Play, Choo Choo Train, NO!!

Okay so I'm sure the Orange Stripes on the walls made you guys as sick as they did me, You could have told me I wouldn't of cared. Just kidding, But they did make me feel as if I were entering a Circus every time I walked into the room. So I took the left over paint I had and made it a retreat rather than a circus. Now our boy has the most calmest place to lay his head!

A weekend GetAway......

So we went to Jed's Uncles house this weekend in Jupiter Florida. We had a blast, we visited a Singing Christmas Tree at the St Peter Catholic Church down there, It was awesome and Madisyn loved it. We lived like Kings and Queens for a couple days, His uncle waited on us Hand and Foot,

We are getting our last minute Christmas stuff done before it hits us in 3 days...Actually 2 because we celebrate at my father's on Christmas Eve.

Today we took Madisyn to what Florida calls snow, A big pile of ICE.. We had a local Christmas celebration and so we took Madisyn down to see Santa and get a glimpse at her first Snow. She talked all day about making Snow angels until she got there, Then she said it was too Cold. Jed had on Sandals tonight, I mean it was 81' today, So his feet were more than frozen and you guessed right I laughed about it...It is WAY to HOT to be Christmas Week...

We have some awesome neighbors who is actually kin to Jed's Step mom but we all love them, Including Madisyn she absolutely loves them...she calls Tommy (Baldy) he is bald headed. LOL

My weeks run together so I am a week late on my Thankfulness FFF....

Here are a few of the things I am thankful for this year..

Jayden and Madisyn, If it wasn't for me watching Jayden I wouldn't be able to stay home with Madisyn so therefore I am Thankful for that.

And a Family Thanksgiving Shot...We tried to put Madisyn in the middle but this was one of those days when I am a little less than Chicken S&@T...You know what I mean?

Sometime's when her daddy is around I mean absolutly nothing, So we just deal with it...
I'm also very Thankful for my husband...He is a hard worker and because of him we have what we have.

When does it go Away.....

When does the desire to adopt and have children go away? Me & Shelby was talking about this the other night and I'm curious myself to see what others have to say....My desire to parent children and collect them up like aluminum cans will not go away! As hard as I fight it, through the tears, and the arguments, The desire is still so very deep in my heart. I can't make it cease. When I read Corey's blog post today it broke my heart into about a thousand different pieces for those children of Guatemala...About a month after Madisyn came home we wanted so badly to do another child from Guate and then the problems started and No money we couldn't do it then. But now that I see all the problems and the children on the streets begging for Food...They aren't asking for Littlest Pet Shop's and Thomas the Tank Trains, They are asking for Bread and water so they can live. No one knows how this rips my heart out of my chest. I would love to go back to Guatemala but I'm afraid I would be traumatized Seriously....My heart already hurts.

Man Where did Time Go?

Okay can someone tell me how it has been two weeks since I blogged? I guess keeping 3 toddlers and 1 infant almost 5 days a week you don't have much time for anything else. So we finally got our New master bedroom finished so our old master we are converting to a Nursery for the "just in case" factor...It will happen one day, And in God's timing would be perfect for us. So we will prepare and sit and wait. In the meantime we are enjoying the heck outta Madisyn. She is getting so funny, She does still have her crying episodes, But honestly I think it has alot to do with her age. Does your 2-3 year old have crying episodes? Feel free to share with me...So here are the left over pics from Halloween, I couldn't take many because I was by myself and had to hold her hand, and then when we did get to the Halloween Party of coarse she wouldn't let anyone hold her except me...So there is your lack of pictures...

ONE YEAR AGO Today....

One year ago today, This precious angel entered the world of uncertainty....IT would be a mere 6 weeks later that she entered our lives and would spend the next 4 months.
After that 4th month her Father came for her and took her away from us, She no longer is living here in the US, She lives in Puerto Rico with her Aunt.

She is Gone from our lives forever but she will never be Forgotten...

Okay I got to meet the world famous ANGEL,ZOE,KAITLYN,KAIYA .....We also meet another wonderful lady who I'm really really sorry but I can't remember her name...Her beautiful daughters name was Kylie but they were both wonderful people. Let me tell you about Angel, She is the same person that you read about on her blog, No diffrent....She is awesome, and excellent mother and I'm so excited and happy that I can say I meet her. Here are some pics from our evening together...Madisyn loved the little slide and the swings. She cried when we made her leave until we told her we were going to eat, Then she was like Bye everybody, Bye!!!!

Oh my gosh I got the best package today from my SBP....I'm going to admit in the past my SBP has not been wonderful, they haven't even been good until the rounds were over and then they made up for it and sent pick me ups later. Heck one of my old SBP's is still sending stuff from her daughter for me to sell on my clothing web site...SO GO SBP's...Anyway this time around my blogger pal ROCKS....She sent this package today FULL of goodies that I love.

We got a Dora Dress Madisyn Loves...Ice Cream Fun Play Doh, a Creme Brulee Candle, a rubber halloween duckie, some bubble bath and a bag of chocolates....YUMMY

I would like to take this moment and send hugh hugs and prayers to Julia and her family.
Yesterday afternoon her father passed away from a Massive Heart Attack.. I'm not sure about you guys but I know when something happens to my dad I'm not sure what I will do. He is my rock and place to fall as Julia's dad was to her. So please take this time and hold them up in prayer. He was an awesome man and we are all very sad that he had to go so soon!

Everyone knows that Julia and Kerry have a group called Global Orphan Team, So please consider going and making a small donation in honor of her father and also help the orphans of Guatemala. Thank you so much!!

OH NO where did her curls go? My nieces thought it would be cute to straighten Madisyn's hair on Friday. So I told them that they could but NOT to burn her head or face. Mission accomplished they didn't burn my baby. But her hair is beautiful both ways...

This weeks Favorite Foto Friday's Theme is HOPE....Well my HOPE this week is that everything falls into plan like it is suppose too...Until last week I was ready to give up HOPE, Hope that my family would ever be complete, Hope that we would get that other child our hearts longed for, I love my children we have now DEARLY but my body ached for another child to share our lives with....OUR HOPE came back last Wednesday Sept.10,2008 My family got the best news that we could have ever hoped for. We prayed for another child and God has answered our prayers. We will be the proud parents of a Boy/Girl in January. We could not HOPE, Pray, Even Pleed to the Lord for no better news than that.

So my family's HOPE this week is that everyone opens there eyes to adoption...

Adoption is going to make my family Complete...And without Adoption that wouldn't be possible.

I learned this week I will have to have a hysterectomy done in the next couple of months. And the only thing I could say to the Dr was" Please make it before January, I have a newborn due and I need to be healthy and healed before the baby arrives so I can be there to raise my children." And then it hit me, This is really it, I will not be caring another child in my body, and It hurts. But you know what, God has chosen me to ADOPT and that is what we are doing..

I have been playing with Picasa, and I haven't mastered it yet but I'm getting there.

I love this baby girl...Attitude and all, OMG let me tell you her terrible 2's are kicking in HIGH gear..

And I know alot of you are wondering " Did they get another pug" or is there Chloe not growing... Well if anyone remembers the Camcorder, The Cannon I had....Even Trade, A Male Pug (now we can breed our female and sell the pups) Wise Financial Decision!!!

BTW= The Camcorder VERY cheap from one of my sister's friends that needed money!

I'm going to have to break down and ask for prayers...Something kinda big may be happening for the Reaver family, and I really won't know until tomorrow if it is going to happen, But I have to ask for prayers that this pans out...This is a hugh decision for one of my cousins and I need the lord to wrap his arms around them tonight as they make this life changing decisions.

EDITED: Everyone pretty much knows SIG.....Please keep her in your prayers tonight as her husband Rich has suffured a heart attack. I would link her blog but it is Private and so The more I find out I will let you know. Thank you for praying for Sig and her Husband and there 7 precious kids.

First and foremost we are preparing here for a Hurricane. It is moving off the coast of Cuba and up into the Gulf and will make landfall sometime Tuesday on the west side of Florida. Two bad things a west side storm is the Tornadoes produce on the East of it...and They are predicting it to cut right through Polk county....Well we happen to live in Polk County, So yeah for us.....

If you enlarge this you will see the line in the middle, Well that runs straight through us!

And now my playing princess...Every now & then I put toys away because they aren't being played with and then a couple months later I pull them out and it's like she got a new toy.

This is a set of blocks, I pulled them out Friday and she played with them for hours!

And also we received our Completed Home study today, It will be faxed to the Agency today and hopefully by the end of the week we can be on the list to be picked...We are so excited. I also reed a book by Micheal Dorris called A Broken Cord. Since we are willing to accept a FAE(fetal alcohol exposure) Infant they required us to read this book. It is a really good book and I don't like to read. But I loved this book. It gave me a whole new perspective on what to expect!!!!

Well Sunday my son which is almost 15 came to stay with us for a few days before he goes back to school. So Sunday Madisyn's brother came over, Her rails came in for her big girl bed so Sunday she took a nap in her Big girl Bed, Then she slept in it for the past 3 night nap and bedtime. So we are very proud of her....Her crib is now took down, and she is officially a toddler.

She has loving her brother being here but we are sad that he went back home today. So we are back to me and madisyn. Here are some pics of our busy week.

When you wanted to adopt,and you started researching countries....What factored in on where you would adopt from? Was it the age, race, condition of the child? Or was it because there were alot of successful adoptions coming home from that country, Or maybe your friends adopted from that country? What really factors in on where, why, how, and even what medical conditions you would accept? Who ever really knows, We started Madisyn's adoption back in 2006 and I had NO idea where Guatemala even was, What made me choose that country. Honestly because I found a local agency, Joined that agency's yahoo group....And there were lots of families around my county that were in process of adopting from there at the time. There were lots of referrals going out and why not there were people around to follow me through it! Now I have my beautiful little girl, Well within months of her coming home we knew immediately that we wanted to do it again but we didn't know how or from where. Our first thought was we would do Guatemala again but that quickly faded with the closing of adoptions within months of us deciding to do it again and we knew we could not afford it months after Madisyn came home. So I research countries again, Now 2007 and I'm doing more research...I feel in love with Ethiopia, but the fee's there and the on-going successful adoptions we couldn't do that either! So then came Thailand Oh how I love the faces of Thailand, the culture, the food, Everything about it...Except the way they do adoptions, I'm not patient by no means and something else that turns my stomach is where it is located, Okay what does that matter one might say and I answer I'm very claustrophobic I do not like tight spaces, Little spaces, or anything where there are alot of people!! I hyperventilate and sometimes have anxiety attacks to where I may need an ambulance...Okay so Thailand is a 24-26 hour plane ride, 10-14 days in country and the soaring prices of airline tickets I"M not excited about Thailand...I do not feel it! Maybe it is the lack of communication by the agency I don't know but I'm not feeling Thailand... BUT we know we want another child, We know we want Madisyn to have a sibling NO DOUBT about it, so after months of researching this agency right here in our own backyard, We signed with them, The homestudy is being updated for this agency, and we are already inquired on a couple of waiting Newborns...Yes you read it write a newborn, born in New York and we are in line to adopt one of these beautiful infants!!! I have all the baby items I need because we saved Grace's, We are still requesting a boy so WE have NO boy clothes but that is all we need...This agency has reasonable rates because they base it on your income, and then we have travel cost from FL to NY and then re adoption in Florida and that is it!!! That is all this is going to cost us...Are we excited YOU have no idea...We've wanted a newborn after we lost Grace and I just hid it from myself in fear of being ripped apart again...But I think this is it, I'm sitting down and holding on for this ride, I've been standing and wanting to jump but not anymore! We are here for the wait, Which may not be long if we get picked soon, maybe a couple months at the most. SO please guys know that I need prayers, We are totally comfortable and at peace with our decision. And I need my friends out there to be Happy for us too!!!! I love you guys from the bottom of our hearts....

You can just call me the Craigslist Queen...I have listed everything on craigslist this weekend from Madisyn's toys that she doesn't play with to Needing more children to watch. I even sold Jed's old ugly dresser on craigslist. WAY TO GO ME.....I'm cleaning out closets, drawers,even kitchen cabinets(well no not really) but kinda, I have formula and baby food left over from Grace and it doesn't expire until 2009 so why not put it on Craigslist. There will be a Raffle coming up and I guess it won't be the camcorder since NO one was interested, So how bout another outfit!

Application in HAND & Puppies Gone BAD......

Well I was going to do Wordless Wednesday but I have too much to talk about. First off our Application left here on Monday the 14th of July and was 2nd day aired to Washington St. So it is now in the hands of the Agency. We are getting more and more excited about this second adoption. And just so everyone knows we are going on total FAITH for this adoption because we only have a little money saved toward it, So please pray that all works out.

And about the puppy, Our sweet little Black & White cocker spaniel KENZIE....She is the sweetest thing you have ever seen, Cutest thing you have ever seen, and the meanest thing you have ever seen. She is constantly nipping at the kids I watch and at Madisyn. So our hearts are broken after I put her on Craigslist yesterday and she was re-adopted within 30 minutes. I just can't risk one of the children getting bit. I love Kenzie dearly but not enough for a child to get hurt.

CAR WASH RESULTS & New Hair Color + A little RATED R

Okay to start off the Car wash did okay, We brought in $104.00, Which is awesome since we only washed about 7 cars. It was really cloudy and nobody was stopping. Maybe at the Aug.2 one we will do a little better but every dollar helps so we aren't complaining. And onto my hair, Every time I hit the salon I leave $95.00 poorer....Well with this adoption going on I went to Walmart bought 2 boxes(my hair is really thick) of Deep Burgundy hair dye and asked my niece to come over and dye it. So $6.00+tax later I have dark hair and I happen to LOVE it.

And the RATED R, My daughter was so cute the other night I could help but take a picture and of coarse I couldn't go without sharing it with my friends.....So hope you are having a great weekend!

All these are Self Portraits, because my husband can't seem to focus on my head when I ask him to do it....And we will leave it at that!

And he did take this one, So I cropped it, This is so you can see that my hair is actually a deep Burgundy and not black like the last pictures tend to look, I guess the flash was too close. And plus I had to include my mean little Kenzie...

CAR WASH is Aproaching.....

Tomorrow Saturday July.12th is One of the Two Car Washes we have scheduled. The morning is suppose to be clear and Afternoon thunderstorms moving in later. Please pray for us that this car wash is successful and that the weather does hold out until we are done. This is the first Fund Raiser besides Madisyn's clothes that we are doing.

And I found out something good today, We only have to come up with the agency fee for now, And the rest comes right before Travel...so instead of $5000.00 right now it is only $1800.00! This makes us very happy because it gives us more time to come up with the money. We told the agency to move forward with the little boy we saw, And the application is being over nighted to the agency on Monday. From there the home study will be updated and to the USCIS, and the ball will be rolling.. WOOOHOOO Our Second Adoption has officially Begun. Please Pray!!!!!!

I hope everyone had a Happy July 4th....I know we did, We went over some friends house for a Big Ole' Bar-B-Que, They had lots of FOOD there and lots of friends so it was a blast. Madisyn spent most of the day running around and riding on a golf cart. SHE loved every minute of it. I wanted to include some pics from 4th of July 07' because it just blows my mind how much she has changed. A Get Real Challenge...R U READY

Well my good friend Angel gave everyone a challenge today, And it is called the Get Real challenge. I love this because alot of people hide behind reality. First off I want to say that I love Angel, She is an awesome person and I can't wait to meet her one day. She has taught me to live my dreams and that is exactly what I am doing...I try to be as real as can be on my children's blog but sometimes not everything shows but alot does. Not to long ago I was judged because of my ability to want to adopt again but then again my family was buying unnecessary items for our home. But that did not stop me or neither will any other comment I receive. Here is my day of "GETTING REAL".....

The economy is falling and it is falling fast. We are DEAD broke. We have grocery's and Madisyn has diapers but that about limits it. Our bills are a little late, But not major. But we still want to adopt again. Do we have the money to shell out for this adoption to bring home Conner well absolutely not, But will we give up our dream of having a son because we don't have the money up front to bring him home.

HELL NO WE WON'T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AS dead broke as we are, That little boy who we already call our son will come home to us.

I babysit 2-3 extra kids a day and my husband works two jobs, Do I get frustrated YOU bet I do. But it doesn't get me down.....I love my life and it is time for everyone out there to GET REAL.

And Conner: some have asked about this process...Well as I am learning via the web it is a very simple process but VERY VERY lengthy..Which happens to be okay with us because we have to come up with $5000.00 at referrell(and since we already hopefully found him) would be NOW!!
Then we have to come up with around $5000-$6000 at travel. Depending on travel prices at that time. The Dossier is very simple...I can have it done in a matter of weeks. Some of it is already done. We are waiting on Medical/More Info on the little boy who shares the same birthday as my MOM...But here is a little of the process:
~ Send in App
~ Have Homestudy Update/Update sent to USCIS
~ After all is accepted by Agency you get your dossier packet
~ Send in Completed Notarized Dossier
~ Agency gets it all State/Country Certified
~ Certified Dossier goes to Thailand
~ Wait to be approved by Thailand
~ Receive your Court Hearing
~ Travel for 7-10 days in Country doing all your own paperwork(kinda scared about this)
~ Come home
~ After Finalized with your state
~ Recieve invite to register with Thai Consulate
~ YOUR DONE~

Hope this helps you understand the process a little better....Not to bad once the money comes around. But I'm not going to let Money issues stop me from adopting. We really want a little boy and Madisyn needs a sibling. She isn't too good at being an only child, She loves other kids around.

Of coarse blogger won't let me upload pics...SUCKS, but I have lot weighing on my heart lately. I miss Grace like Crazy cakes....I thought by now I would be over it, but guess what I'm not. Not sure yet how to really deal with it. This month represented Two years ago I lost my 33 year old sister, And I wonder how and the heck could it of been two years already!
And Madisyn, WOW when she turned two another child formed outside of her body. She now wants to eat non-stop(couldn't get her to eat a full meal before)....SHE says complete sentences, and something that will melt your heart is we say I love you Madisyn and she responds with "Love you too Mama"...OMG can she now do anything wrong???

I have alot of stuff running through my mind, and in my heart. As soon as I work it out in my own head I will share it with all of you...For now I'm sorry for no pics...ThankS Blogger

WOW....Where have we been?

We have had a full week, No we didn't fall off the face of the earth.....But we were living for a change. My in-laws came down from PA to spend 8 days with us. So on Sunday(6-15) Jed's step dad treated us to a Tampa Bay Devil Rays Baseball game...Then on Wednesday Jed's mom has a brother in Jupiter Florida that has an awesome swimming pool and lives 10 minutes from the beach, So we spent 3 days there. Then on Saturday Evening we had to take my in-laws back to the airport so they could return home... :O( We weren't very happy about that, We miss them already! Okay so I couldn't keep up with 3 blogs, so I went to 2....It was to hard to record our progress to Conner and keep up with Madisyn's blog and keep up with the clothing blog too! So now Madisyn and Conner have the same blog and everyone that reads here will know what is going on with him too! We have located a little boy who shares the same birthday as my mom. He is 3 1/2 years old and of coarse we are head over heels for him already...We are waiting on his paperwork and medicals before we actually say he is the one, But in my ♥ I know he is... Okay alot of these pictures are of the back of us for a reason...Madisyn turned 2 without no shortness of the 2 year old attitude. If Daddy has her, Mommy can be NO where around. So we had alot of crying spells this weekend except when I took her from him and she quickly got over her tantrum because she didn't want further actions to be taken(time out or a nap)....... First I want to say "How did my baby get to 2 already?" Madisyn will be 2 years old tomorrow!

And I can't believe it....But she is growing up so much, and talking more and more. We are leaving tomorrow for the beach for a couple of days. This is a much needed time away for me and my family. I went to the Dr last week to find my blood pressure to be 218/138 and that isn't good at all. So now I am taking BP medicine everyday to try to get it down. My husband is working non-stop to pay some bills off and save money for our trip to Thailand so he is defiantly in need of some down time. My sister and her family are going too, We booked this trip last year when we were at the same resort. So we are all pretty excited, Madisyn isn't getting a BIG party this year but we are having a celebration at the beach with Cake and Dinner.

Now for the pics, Last weekend we went to a party for the little girl I watch her sister, and Madisyn had fun once half the people left. She doesn't like crowds at all......But here are the pics of her and daddy on the BIG slide that the people rented!!!

Do you ever just like being prepared....If you remember back in December we filed for our FREE one time extension on our I171H and who wouldn't go through with it since it saves us like $900.00. Well we had our finger print appt on January.5 and we just kinda left it as that because 10 days later we took custody of Grace. But when we lost Grace I started worring about where our new I171H is...The nice lady called me back to say she was waiting on our updated home study and then she would send out the approval.. So we have to do our Criminal Records checks for our update on our home study....Then the home study will be on it's way to the USCIS office in Tampa Florida so then we can get that Million Dollar piece of paper that allows us to bring another Orphan home with us to the USA...

Thanks for first loving us and adopting us as your own. Thank you for teaching us in your word how you need us to be your hands and feet and care for the orphans of the world.
God we unite today in this special time of prayer asking for you to reach out and do amazing miracles in the country of Guatemala. We pray you would turn the hearts of the kings (the government) and show them YOUR love and compassion for the children that so desperately need families and to be HOME. We pray that you would touch their hearts and minds and lead and guide them. We bind up the plans of the enemy to keep these children captive and forgotten. We pray that mighty angels would go now to comfort them and protect them. Lord We pray that each child would feel your presence and know your love. We pray that you would touch the hearts of the caregivers and help them to love and care for these children the way you would. We pray that the new process of adoption would be set up quickly and that it would be one of integrity and truth. Okay bad news is why I wish I would find out everything before I speak. Savannah will not be joining our family as she can't be placed in a home with other children. Now just sit and imagine the pain this child has had to face that she can't be around any other child. This is extremely sad to be because honestly do you know how hard it is to find a married couple that want to adopt an 8 year old girl??? That is going to be hard to do. I hope and pray she does find her family and my heart breaks for this little girl.
Okay, I know that alot of you that read my blog is probably thinking does this woman really knows what she wants she is awful wishy washy...I'm really not I'm just unsure where my heart is going. My desire to have more children came many years ago after my son was born. I knew I wanted more and at the age of 18 I started trying....I did the whole nine yards, Clothes, shoes, decorating, and I just knew I was going to have a girl. Well 8 years later, NO baby and an ended marriage I sorta gave up the chance to parent again. Then I met Jed and he wanted children and we knew with my infertility we would have to adopt. SO we found Madisyn and fought tooth and nail to get her home, And we did...And we couldn't be more happy or could we.
Our hearts isn't done, We knew three months after bringing her home we wanted another child. Which country, what would we need to do first, Where will the funding come from, Where would the funding come from??? That would be our biggest optical. I wanted to do domestic, No wait my heart is in Ethiopia so lets do that country, But there are so many orphans here so lets do domestic with the chance of being in the hospital room when the child is born. Then we met Megan, OH dear sweet Megan....She was 7 months pregnant with the intentions of not keeping the child. Could this be our next baby....She promised us it would be. SO when little Mariah was 6 weeks old we were asked to come and get her, And be her parents...So A big sigh of relief left us that day thinking okay we are done for now...so the next four months were perfect, Hectic but perfect. Then the tragic day would come and we would lose Mariah to her Birth father....OMG...
SO after I beat myself up on what I did wrong or what I should have done, I dove right back in to wanting to adopt again...Do I know what country? NO.....Do I know when? NO.....But I do know it will happen.
But you know what I am doing first, I'm giving my life to the lord...Not half way, Not a couple of Sunday's a month...I'm giving my FULL life to him, I want him to control me and me not control myself because I'm not doing something right. I love him and I know who he is, But I want him to be my SOLE....I want him to have my SOLE.....So you are looking at a new and improved blogger, mother, wife and friend....We will have another child, Who knows maybe two..But it will be when God wants us too!

Me and my family have a Hugh heart for children. We would take all the orphans in with us if we could. Every week I see where someone dropped off a baby in the woods, Or someone punched a baby in the face, Or someone threw a baby into the air and hit his head on the ceiling and then let him fall to the floor because he was crying too much..This makes me sick to my stomach.

So here in Florida we have a website called Hillsborough Kids.....It is kids that are in foster system(but there not) does that make sense. These kids parents have already had there rights terminated and they are legally free for adoption...There are about 147 kids on this site and more added daily. Well yesterday I was looking at the site as I do about 5 times a week and fell head over heels in LOVE with an 8 year old girl name Savannah...She is the sweetest thing I ever saw and she looks so innocent.

So Moral to my story, Me and Jed are going to the adoption orientation and then we will spend 10 weeks in Mapp classes then we will be legally registered in the state of Florida to adopt any child on this web site that is available. So we are on our way to hopefully giving Savannah her forever family and her forever home......As soon as I know a little more(because they can't hold a child for us), I will post a picture of her for you guys to see. That is the only bad thing is they won't hold a child, if someone already is completed with there process and they want her they can adopt her, So that is why we are praying that our process goes quickly because I really really want her...I'm scared to show her picture just in case.....Which I guess isn't a big deal because you could go to the web site to see her...So keep your eyes open on my sidebar and I will post her picture.....I'm so in love, So keep your prayers on us please...God is good and he is A~W~E~S~O~M~E in my book!

It was on Friday the 13th 1983 when my family's house caught on fire...My dad rushed to get everyone out and he managed to put out the flames with a water hose, So he thought...Just as we all got back into the house, back into our beds....The flames broke out again and this time it took the fire dept to put it out...They named it the worst house fire in 1983. Everything was a total loss. So this morning when I got up, I always read the paper online and I saw a family of 10 including 5 children had lost there entire house to a fire....It happened at 1:40 in the morning and luckily all the family got out in time....The children ranged in age from 4 weeks-age 10.

The lady made a comment" We lost everything, we don't even have shoes...But importantly enough we don't have diapers, bottles, or anything at all for our kids"

So I knew I had to step in and help...I was able to gather about 7 garbage bags FULL of stuff for the 4 week old, the 1 & 3 year old, and some stuff for the 7 & 10 year old... I'm even donating a pack and play for the infant to sleep in.

It's so awesome to help another family and I feel so proud to make these kids smile again!

And my sweet little girl, Not long after coming home, And NO the dog hadn't chewed on this before....LOL she loved that toy!

And for the Exciting News.....

I have been babysitting every since Madisyn came home. Well one of my mom's questioned me this morning about becoming registered. Well so Guess what I am going to get Registered and open my own HOME DAYCARE....I have had as many as 4 at a time, So being liscened I can have 5 and charge the same as a daycare..So more money for me and benefits for my parents.
So now I just have to complete the 30 hour training class and take the exam, and then I will be set..I've wanted to do this for about a year now, and have just not had the time to do it. But Madisyn is almost 2 now and my sister will watch her while I complete my training, and some I can even do online. SOOO can I get a BIG WOOOOHOOOO for me finally doing something with my life.

And this also means Bills will get paid off quicker and Our 2nd Adoption can get started quicker!

Okay we are taking One day at a time..I still lose it occasionally when I see her stuff, Or hear a song, Or see her pics..Okay so I'm still a wreck. The only question I have is HOW DID THIS HAPPEN TO US??? But it will take time. The last 5 days I haven't had any other kids except Madisyn which has been really good because we spent everyday together. I love her to death!! Saturday we went with my sister and her family to the beach. SO o here is some pics for you from the beach.....

A Better Day Today......

Okay where do I start....This whole situation has been a nightmare from day one. The birth mother of this child NO one will ever know how evil she is, She lies and is so manipulative that I feel she is filled her body with demons. And I'm not saying that because I dislike her, I'm being serious. Even her own dad agrees. She needs alot of help. She told us some terrible stuff about Grace's paternal side of the family, And when they showed up here they were crying as hard as me because they felt so bad for my feelings. They weren't the way I pictured them from what I was told, And they defiantly didn't act the way she placed them. They came to visit Grace when she was 2 weeks old and they tried to take her then but Megan wouldn't let them. This is there niece, granddaughter and daughter. So do I blame them for wanting her, NO...Grace's aunt has been sending money to the BM all this time because she thought the baby was with the BM.
As weird as this may seem to alot of you that read our blog, I have the biggest sigh of peace about this. For the past two or three weeks I knew it was going to happen because as soon as the BF got word that the baby wasn't and hasn't been with the BM then he immediately said he wanted her, And he had every right in the book in the state of Florida to have her. We could have tried to open a DCF case on the father for abandonment, drug use, history of violence....But a couple of things Who knows if that stuff is true. The abandonment isn't true because as I found out Friday they have been sending the mom money. The drug use he admitted to being a heroin addict 2 years ago....The history of violence the only thing the cops could find was the bad checks he had written. So is he a bad person I HAVE NO IDEA...But I put myself in his shoes...And would I want a stranger to raise my daughter(even though it is a GREAT home) or would I want my daughter to be with me and my family.....DING DING DING...I would want her with my family, POINT BLANK.
So I'm sorry if alot of you don't understand, Did my family even love Grace, HELL yeah we love her, We will never stop loving her. But should we shut down our lives and sob for days over something we had NO control over. No I don't think so, We gave it to god and he does have plans for us, We may never see them but he does have something for us and we love him for that.

Sad Day at the Reavers..... :(

Hey everyone things didn't go so well today. The lawyer was really really honest with us and told us straight up that we couldn't do anything without the fathers consent and he wanted her so We knew he wouldn't sign nothing....Well no sooner than we got home, We found out he was in Polk county looking for our house.....So we had a detective pretty much stalk our house today to protect me from the father. Well they showed up, And The BM got arrested in my yard for a warrant for drug possession. and Grace is now on her way to Puerto Rico to live with BF's sister and mom. So we are not very happy campers in our house tonight. Thank you for all your prayers, I really love that all of you guys are here for us.

Tomorrow is the BIG Day.....

Me and my family have a Hugh prayer request....Friday the 4Th of April we go and met with our attorney about Grace. As many of you know her father now claims he wants to come and get her. Well behind the story I felt bad for him so on March.19 I told him that if he was going to take her to please do it sooner than later, better yet to go ahead and come and get her. Well he beat around the bush and said that he couldn't until he had some stuff worked out. Okay so through the weekend we went back and forth and NO true answers ever came out...SO on Monday I tried to write him again and he has my email addy blocked and he won't answer my phone calls. So the last message I left him was " I will see you in Court Pal, SO be prepared to fight" and still NO return phone calls. So here is where all of you come in...Please leave a prayer here in the comment section, Even if you never comment please do today so that I can show Grace one day HOW many people prayed her to her forever family.
Tomorrow we met with our attorney to see what we can do legally. He has known her whereabouts for months and still NO contact until now...SO hopefully we see the light at the end of the tunnel tomorrow. We love her and we will fight to the end to keep her. Thank you

Help this family stay together through Prayer....

Don't let this smile fade because she was placed with someone she doesn't know!

And last but not least, Don't let these two get separated because our hearts would heel but Madisyn would be torn apart and I can't bear to see my little angel hurt in the least little amount..They are my babies and I know God will see through this and help make the decision right for the sake of these children.

In our childs eyes we can see our future...I love my little girls to the moon and back, But I don't have much to say today except keep my family's hearts in your preayers..We got word today that Grace's daddy wants to come and take her so she can live with his family. Before all the questions start....Yes he can, He never signed anything, and he is on the birth certificate...So our hearts are breaking today, But I feel peace that god is taking care of me. We love this little girl and I can't believe we are losing her, But it's outta my control, My attorney said there is nothing I can do. So here are the eye pictures...Love to all of you!

And even one of momma's eyes.....You can tell alot about a person through there eyes.

I hope everyone had a Happy Easter, I know we did. We celebrated with Family and had a wonderful time. Madisyn's day with egg hunting was fun until it was time to stop. We thought we would never get her calmed down. A sudden trip to a bedroom and a short nap and she was alot better. So now for the pictures you all came to see.

NOT REALLY FEELING IT YET.....Florida weather is so unpredictable, One day we have our Air on, The next night we need our heat. So yeah when Spring really gets here I will be ready.
In the meantime here are some cute pics of the kids...Madisyn couldn't walk last spring so we spent alot of time indoors but when she started walking we ventured out.

Little Grace is teething like crazy....Oh my Gosh, Can you say wet slobbery everything. What do I do? I feel so helpless. She doesn't fuss but I'm talking putting her whole fist in the mouth to get some relief. And guess what I did manage to get some shots of Madisyn...GO ME.... here you go for some all time cuteness...

I did that cartoon on this picture but it never looks as good as it does on my photo show.

She loves this thing...She can already spin the seat with her feet and she follows Madisyn all around the room.
